Reconciliations
Infosys BPO has deep experience and provides services across all the reconciliation processes including automated and manual reconciliations involving investigation, follow-up, escalation and resolution of breaks. We perform 25 different reconciliations across the transaction life cycle for two large global investment banks and three leading global custodians. We have worked on renowned platforms like SSR – TLM.
Data Management
Infosys BPO provides a full spectrum of data management services which include reference data, static data and partner data across the transaction life cycle involving all the market participants. Using our in-depth knowledge and experience, we have transformed and automated processes which has increased STP rate for our clients. We perform data management for two large global investment banks.
Trade Capture and Settlements
Infosys BPO provides a huge range of back office services across the trade capture, pre-settlement and settlement phases of the transaction life cycle which includes processes such as entering trade data into the internal system, trade allocation, trade enrichment, trade confirmation, settlement instructions, trade matching, system settlement, fail management and regulatory reporting. We perform these services for one large global investment bank and two leading global custodians.
Fund Reporting
Infosys BPO provides fund reporting services to a leading fund administrative agent, The process involves receiving raw data from fund houses and generating high quality annual / semi-annual fund reports that meet statutory requirements.
Fund of Funds
Infosys BPO provides Fund on Funds services for a leading global financial institution. The process involves compilation of mid-month / month-end estimates for investors, assisting in building and compiling investor statements and assisting in booking and reconciling of subscriptions / redemptions.
Research and Analytics
Infosys’ Knowledge Services business provides research services across a wide variety of asset classes, industry sectors and market geographies. Analytics services offered to the sell side include data analysis support, valuations, curve building and model development. We also offer corporate services such as business information support, pitch book creation and front office support to investment banking clients. We deliver a range of these services to two large global investment banks.
